At Rails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printerless drop-off at a designated location.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your refund is issued.
